As I Inhale air through my nose and exhale through my mouth, my heart was beating as fast as a galloping horse. My eyes start to blur a little as I jog up the stairs. But I look behind me and saw nobody was there, I look up at the sky and close my eyes for a moment. I then kept saying to myself "There's no stopping now". And so I continued running and jogging until the very end.

How To Make Your Own Compost
How To Make Your Own Compost
A compost is an organic material that can be added to soil to help plants grow. A compost carries food waste that we throw away, But instead of throwing away food waste, we can place it in the compost to help more plants grow.First of all, look for a spot for where the compost will be placed. Finding a spot for your compost is really easy, It could just be a simple place outside your garden.
Secondly once you've found a spot where you're going to make your compost, you'll have to collect some worms. You'll have to collect worms because they moist the soil to keep it fresh.
Lastly once you've found a couple of worms, you can start by placing things inside of your compost pile. It can include grass cuttings, fruit and vegetable peelings, eggshells and many other food waste.
Now that you have done all these steps, you can now enjoy your compost.

First Day Of School
Week 1 of Term 1 - 2020
Hi, my name is Jasel. My first day at school was Exciting because I was going to the same class and staying with the same teacher from 2019.
This year I am in Room 10, and my teacher is Mr. Nath. I am a year 7 now. I am very Happy to be in Room 10 because I get to be a Leader and teach the Taina's how to be a Role Model.
My goals for this year are to Work on my Maths. I am struggling with Maths most of the time, But I know I will get there.
I would also like to Play more Sports during this year. I want to represent Glenbrae School by trying my best to take part in every sport.
Maths
There are 8 pencils in a box. AJ has 15 boxes of pencils. How many pencils are altogether?
15 x 8 = ??
10 x 8 = 80
5 x 8 = 40
80 + 40 = 120
To solve this problem, I used place value partitioning. I multiplied 10 by 8 and I got 80 as the answer. Then, I multiplied 5 by 8 and I got 40 as their answer. Then I added 80 and 40 and I got 120. So AJ has 120 pencils altogether.
